CVD Diamond Nano Crystalline

Nano Crystalline Diamond (NCD) and Ultra Nano Crystalline Diamond (UNCD): The NCD thin films consist of grain size in nanometer and is further classified in UNCD when the grain size goes down to less than 10nm. Further, the UNCD films can be grown at relatively lower temperatures, e.g. 400 C.
